Now
What I'm actually up to right now — building, reading, watching, and one song on repeat.

Building
A financial-analysis tool — Claude Code is literally building the platform to my instructions, now in the final round of UI polish. What stalls it isn't the code; it's hitting token limits and having to pause until there are credits again.
Reading
The Master and Margarita, Mikhail Bulgakov — a reread. It drags back my first trip to Kyiv, in 2009, where I visited his house; the guide spoke only Russian, but the place had an aura that needed no translation. I looked it up now and it stopped me: they've taken down his statue and want to close the museum. With the war, anything tied to Russia is being erased.
Watching
Peep Show, start to finish — every season, now up on the official channel (@OfficialPeepShow). I came to it late, living in London, and I think I appreciate it more now: genius writing, humour that doesn't age. You could fill a book with the lines — "People like Coldplay and voted for the Nazis. You can't trust people." (Super Hans).
Listening
On repeat lately: Porno for Pyros, 'Pets.' 'We'll make great pets' — and I keep hearing it as the direction of travel. We may be quietly becoming very good pets to something greater than us.
